Do you want to return a product?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package with a maximum height of 120 cm and 11.95 per package up to 200 cm high via GLS. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to strandwindschermen.nl with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us by email at info@strandwindschermen.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Tips:
We recommend if the product is higher than 120 cm and smaller than 200 cm to send it via a GLS depot as this carrier is the cheapest and can transport this length well. On the GLS website you can search for the nearest drop-off point using your zip code. If your product is smaller, you can ship it through any carrier.
